Beautiful Bali, so glad the book led me to Ubud or I may not have ventured past the beaches. I loved the Indonesians, such friendly people, but less so at the Four Seasons when they wouldn’t let me hitch a ride in their guest shuttle! Located in the central highlands of Sayan the scenery is stunning and the open air bar maximises on this, as does the entrance. The cocktail was delivered with ease but it’s the venue that gets all the attention here, just be careful if you end up there during a famous Bali blackout!
