Cocktail – Papa Doble
White rum, maraschino liqueur, lime, grapefruit

Next stop – El Floridita, but for a Daiquiri rather than a Papa Doble, unfortunately having bought the book I’ve not actually opened it at this point! So it’s Daiquiris all round, a few souvenir stirrers and beer mats slipped into the handbags, and the obligatory photo with Ernest! Five years later I managed to have the Papa Doble at the London Floridita instead, I think that counts, doesn’t it?
