The book that inspired the cocktail journey

An impulse buy in a House of Fraser spectacular, published back in 2004 many of the bars have since either closed or taken the cocktail off the menu. Prior to this book I was drinking Banana Daiquris and Blue Hawaiians! It not only ignited my passion for cocktails and the cocktail bar scene, but it has also taken me to some beautiful parts of the world, which I may not have visited otherwise.
