Cocktail – Strawberry & Mint Daiquiri

Another return trip just for the cocktail, this time on a Saturday night train from Cannes, with many ladies in ballgowns and men in black tie. The bar has since changed hands and is now Zelo’s, but I was prepared for this thanks to a phone call ahead by my French colleague. A Daquiri is a pretty straightforward request though so they manage to supply the cocktail, and in the plush surroundings we decide to stay for dinner before heading to the casino, via the hairpin and other Grand Prix remnants.
