This bar has definitely claimed a spot that would be far more worthy for New Orleans! Allan must be a Celtic fan! Surely Cheers is more the go to bar when visiting Boston. Tonic has since changed name to Jacob’s Ladder, it’s another ‘phone home’, or in this case text, so I have some food while waiting for Mother to supply the ingredients. Turns out it’s basically a Long Island Iced Tea with Midori, and lemonade instead of coke, ah yes – green, celtic, makes sense! Cheap at $8 but uneventful, and nobody knew my name!
